1. Why "no tipping"?
a. First of all, the IRS views tips as undeclared income, not a gift. We like to run our business legally.
b. For your convenience. Let's face it, tipping can be awkward. You never know how much to tip nor to whom. What if you see more than one stylist at each visit?
c. We do not feel that you should have to "gift" us in order to receive our undivided attention, and a quality service. We feel that referring your friends is thanks enough. 
d. Professionalism. Do you tip your dentist? Enough said.

2. Are your stylists "booth renters"?
No, each team member is an employee of the salon. We are responsible for every service performed here, which is a benefit to clients. This is what makes it possible to offer a satisfaction guarantee, we have better control over the behavior and work habits of our staff, ensuring a consistent salon culture.

3. What does "satisfaction guarantee" mean?
We try very hard to communicate well with our clients in the beginning of our service. This eliminates misunderstandings regarding the end result of your hair. Sometimes, no matter how hard we all try, something needs an adjustment. We want you to call and let us know, right away, so that we may correct the situation.

4. What is "hair correction"?
Correction is a term usually regarding haircolor, but it can involve a haircut that is not working for you, as well. We address a variety of problematic hair issues. We are all very well trained and experienced in haircolor correction. Our haircolor system has products that allow us to correct almost any situation, although, sometimes hair is too damaged previously so we recommend a safer route. We will not promise you a result that we feel cannot happen without further damage to your hair.

5. Do you offer special rates for men?
No, we do not offer gender bias pricing. We spend the same amount of time and attention with our male clients, often more. We do a lot of "scissor over comb" instead of clipper cutting, which is time consuming.

6. What are your hours of operation?
Wednesday – Friday 10:00 – 7:00
Saturday 9:00 – 5:00
Closed Sunday, Monday & Tuesday

7. Do you have parking?
Yes, we lease a parking lot, 1/2 block away at NW 21st and Kearney. There is a tow service, so you need to come in and get a parking pass for your dash.
